Experience
Cristián has been a partner at our firm in 2011 and has specialized in intellectual property matters, such as patents, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks, unfair competition and pharmaceutical regulation.
Cristián is currently the President of the Chilean Intellectual Property Association (period 2023-2026) and is a professor at different Universities in Chile. Cristián is the coordinator of the All You Need is Law Podcast Committee.
