Experience

Marta is an associate of our firm since 2021. Her main areas of practice are intellectual and industrial property. She advises national and foreign clients in the management of their trademark portfolios, as well as in the processing of registration applications, contracts, and litigation related to such matters before the National Institute of Industrial Property and the Industrial Property Court.

She has also advised and handled applications for the registration of plant varieties of local and foreign clients before the Servicio Agrícola Ganadero (Agricultural and Livestock Service), as well as in the handling of industrial property infringement trials in criminal courts and the handling of agreements for the resolution of disputes over domain names.
