José Luis Letelier has been a partner of Sargent & Krahn since 1989. He joined the firm in 1984.

He has been the firm’s administrator since 1991.

He has exercised his profession as a lawyer for more than 20 years in the fields of Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Business Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Antitrust Law and Foreign Investments.

He has participated actively in several corporate acquisitions, both of large public corporations and closely held corporations, as well as also in the acquisition of equity.

He advises local subsidiaries of transnational companies, such as shipping and logistics companies, retail, produce exporters and food processing companies, from a corporate and business perspective.
