Jorge Boldt joined our firm in 2007 and his area of practice is litigation and arbitration. He worked before in our firm as a paralegal between 2005 and 2007.

He has advised our clients in different areas such as commercial conflicts, civil liability, torts, bankruptcies and collection procedures, among others. He has also participated in criminal procedures, including criminal defenses in intellectual property (IP) matters, constitutional and civil claims related to IP and IT issues and arbitrations both national and international.

He has been assistant professor of Criminal law at the Universidad of Chile and at the University Adolfo Ibáñez and lecturer of Procedural Law (Judicial Organization) at the University Adolfo Ibáñez.

Languages: Spanish, French and English.

Called to the Bar: Chile, 2010.

Education: Law School, Universidad de Chile (BA Law 2009). Master in Criminal Law, University Pompeu Fabra and University of Barcelona (2014). University of Edinburgh  (LL.M., 2015).
